1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All Players must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to register an Account with jili68 and participate in gaming activities. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jili68 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to an individual under the legal age requirement. 2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction. jili68 does not represent or warrant that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are strictly forbidden from using the jili68 platform.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an Account with jili68, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid Philippine mobile telephone number
• Date of birth confirming eligibility (21+ years of age)
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Valid email address
• Secure password meeting minimum security requirements

Players agree to maintain accurate Account information and promptly update any changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with jili68. Creating multiple Accounts, whether for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited. jili68 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void any winnings, bonuses, or transactions associated with such Accounts. The primary Account will remain active at jili68's sole discretion.

2.5 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. Players agree not to share Account login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account will be deemed to have been authorized by the Player. Players must immediately notify jili68 customer support if they suspect unauthorized access to their Account. jili68 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili68 accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and other methods specified on the Platform. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at jili68's discretion without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for jili68 is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the Player's Account verification status. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their Account settings as part of jili68's responsible gaming commitment.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are processed instantly, with funds appearing in the Player's Account Balance within thirty (30) seconds under normal circumstances. Bank transfers via PesoNet may require one (1) to three (3) hours for processing. jili68 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees beyond jili68's control.

3.4 Source of Funds

Players warrant that all funds deposited into their jili68 Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit purposes. jili68 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Players may request withdrawals of their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player has completed Account verification by providing valid government-issued identification; (b) the withdrawal method matches a previously used deposit method when applicable; (c) all bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; and (d) there are no pending investigations or disputes related to the Account.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

jili68 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing times. However, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own fees. Players requesting expedited withdrawals may be subject to additional processing fees as disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.5 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, jili68 requires submission and verification of government-issued identification (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5.3 Game Rules and Regulations

Each Game offered on jili68 is governed by specific rules, paytables, and betting limits disclosed within the Game interface. Players are responsible for understanding Game rules before placing bets. In the event of a dispute regarding Game rules or outcomes, jili68's records shall be considered final and binding.

5.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of Game malfunction, technical error, or platform disruption, jili68 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagered amounts to Player Accounts. Players acknowledge that technical malfunctions may occasionally occur and agree that jili68 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such malfunctions beyond refunding the affected wagers.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. jili68's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

10.3 Force Majeure

jili68 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, or governmental actions.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jili68, the Player agrees to first attempt resolution through jili68's customer support team. 12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their Accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, Players may withdraw their remaining Account Balance subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened at the Player's request subject to jili68's approval.

12.2 Termination by jili68

jili68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of Bonuses, or breach of responsible gaming policies. In the event of Account termination for cause, jili68 may withhold Account Balances and winnings pending investigation and may report violations to appropriate authorities.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure at jili68's discretion. Players will be notified via registered email before any administrative action is taken on inactive Accounts.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
